We have already state our opinion on the matter of Finlands attack of the illegal Soviet government and why we believe it to be legal. However, we do not consider your attack legal, and any continued advance into Finnish national territory will result in a declaration of war between France and the Kingdom of Sweden, to protect the Finnish peoples from your uncalled for aggression and tyranny.
We will not listen to any more Swedish diplomatic doublespeak. You either withdraw from Finland or you try and stay. I'm sure you know what would be better for your nation, and better for the stability of your government. Do note that this is statement is not a threat, it is a promise.

I appreciate your suggestion, but as the British said, a Mutual Protection Pact would do neither of us any real good, considering our respective geographical positions. I do have other ideas about how we could increase cooperation. A confidential missive will be sent to your government with the details of our proposal.

We propose a World Conference to discuss a new peace arrangement between Germany and the Western Allies, with the terms France recently tabled as the negotiating point. We understand that, considering the recent shambles of the Arabian peace initiative, this proposal will be met with some scepticism from all sides. In response to this, all nations are urged to put aside differences and meet to discuss a lasting arrangement. We understand our own position to be heavily partisan, so are not offering to host such an event. Perhaps the Swiss, Spanish, or Austrian governments may be willing?

We have already laid out our proposal, which, as we have said, is non-negociable - This is the best peace France will offer the German nation. We are only waiting upon the answer of the German nation, represented by either the people or another governing body of sorts, as the current National Socialist Government has already proved its ineptitude, losing the whole of its nation within a few weeks and afterwards abandoning it, refusing to either negociate or even attempt to fight back. We would be fine with mediation of our peace, but we see little reason to, as we have already offered our best proposal.
