We have no reason to fight against you now. Should we have wished war, we would have held onto the Kola Peninsula rather than abandoning it. We wish for a peaceful border between our nations, do you not want this? The only way we shall become involved in another war is if it involves the Scandinavian nations or Finland.

Shall I proceed or do you intend to stamp me out? Kikiri would appreciate the honesty and believes the great space monster could benefit you as well as all of the Spine and the body (really, it would help you out; I'd pay tribute and remain loyal), but is going to attack Kolchak's idiots for being rude and marching into our land anyway so it would be nice if you'd care to declare your intent. If no answer is received we will proceed to attack Kolcheck soldiers and remain in hiding.
PS. Khal' I invested 3 economic points into the industry and payed off debts with the last economic point. Did I not receive my donations from my faithful body?
Ummm... no offence or anything, I know tha Spine isn't imporant to the game (yet) but I'm not going to play if I suddenly lose ALL my donations-based income (probably from fanatically religious members but we took that money and invested into their personal economics thus growing their income and tith by 400%!) because Kolchak is in my land and accrue a 75% comulative interest rate for three turns previously unannounced and unwarned. Not to mention that my 3 other economic points weren't spent on industry like I ordered.
I do not know how the Mod has perceived the integral structure of the Spine but it is not based off of those we terrorize. That would not work in the long term. This is why we have secret bases to live in and provide a home resource and income base. Perhaps I did not mention the income. Regardless I shall take another nation and be perhaps... sane: if the strangeness turns out to be Mod authorized fact.

Red Cross teams will be sent from Hungary to assist Swedish, German, Russian, and Turkish civilians caught in the wars in their lands and to help rebuild those nations from the damage inflicted by various aggressor parties.

There are many Russians and Finnish communists in Karelia who have accepted our rule. If the Finnish government allows us to keep Karelia, we will officially recognize it and also sign a 5-turn NAP.
