@Aussieboy: Finland has no standing army and is currently protected by the state of Norway, which has signed a peace treaty with FSR. The only way a war in Karelia could pursue is if . . . well, in essence it can't really, considering how war ravaged Finland is.

@Dachspmg: Greece's current territory isn't really war-torn or under going civil war though.

France denouces the Hungarian government's actions and irrational behavior. France and Germany are currently allied nations and if Hungary had any knowledge of world affairs whatsoever she would know this.

France asks Germany to send all Hungarian 'aid' officers back to Hungary. They are nothing but foriegn spies and intelligencia.

France refuses to recognize the FSR as the legal government of Russia.

A mixture (technically, its based on certain map errors, but the area that we currently occupy, or the eastern parts of it, should at this time have a considerable Russian minority, if not majority. Not sure about details. It is Russian-majority now, but that's a sideeffect of WWII).

You're right Blackheart, I shouldn't even make any diplomatic efforts. I KNEW I was breaking character when I sent a message to Kolchak.
Personally I don't mind bowing down to obviously superior forces when not in hackmode and even then very beneficial peace treaties can usually be signed, but your words ring with the sound of hardened iron. Nevermind, I'll stand and deliver then.

Now that I've come out of the woodworks I might as well warn das's neighbors. Red Russia is on the same path as DUCA was in DasNESII3, but with an earlier growth; like Germany. Fortunately the economic system dowsn't work the same way so some of the potential simply isn't there. However several nations will receive comeuppance sooner or later after the civil war ends depending on wheter he thinks it's worth expanding the empire and risking the increased 'vulnerability'. If Khal is simulating a land/-resource(-population based economy as he seems to be since his stat-bundling is based on addition (thankfully not including an increased acceleration of growth) the conquest of an enemy state may yield a near full lump sum of economy levels in addition. You may be in BIG trouble.
