The French government will not negociate with the German scum. They must be taught a second a lesson, it seems. Only when suitable punishment is applied, and only when Germany has learned her lesson, will we relent in our war against said nation.
That having been said, we are unable to provide the amount of aid to the White Russian governments as was pledged before, We hope this is understandable given the circumstances, and we will resume aid once the nation of Germany is oncemore subdued.

It is ironic that, even as they squabble over their own "national interests", Hitlerist and Weygandist imperialists still do maintain a common stand on the Russian affairs. We wouldn't be surprised if they decide to ally with each other soon, anyway...
Btw, Kal'thzar, why are the Germans still in Latvia? Just wondering, because historically I do believe they were driven out from there by local rebels and the Entente in (very) late 1919...
