Kikiri's Spine is currently operating out of Kamchatka and is willing to side with any government that controls the area which means I'm currently trying to loyally align myself with Kolchak if he accepts. (I OOC have a natural dislike for communists, my great-grandfather (mothers grandfather) was imprisoned, tortured and killed by them in China for owning a small shop and my grandfather (mother's father) had to pay bribes and extortion fees for him to get a stroll 'round the prison yard every now and then.)
