Kinda depends what the real mission was. There are those who theorize that the invasion of Iraq was intended as a honey pot to draw terrorists over to Iraq--not only so we could find and kill them more easily, but also so that they would be blowing stuff up in Iraq and not in the United States......
Since that veers close to being a conspiracy theory, I strongly lean against it, but I have a very grandiose imagination.......
