Great update. Even though it's one tile off? Anyway, nice job on conquering Amerika, are you going to take Istanbul? (I almost forgot, America is Amerika!)

Diary of His Imperial Emperor Willem II, His Imperial Majesty
In the few years afterward, the German Navy attacked the French Navy. We killed two Caravels who happened to go too close to Amerika.
By 1917, disaster struck. Russia invaded Germany. (Again, we like to mess with history here at CivFanatics.) I also declared war on Japan to make England like Germany more. I fear my death shall come soon. If that happens, I order my people to obey the rulings of Prime Minister Bismarck. He, not my son, is the future of Germany. Bismarck, form a new dynasty. Take over the Ottoman Empire. Bring France to their knees. Germany must be strong.
(Actually, the Hohenzollern Dynasty who ruled Prussia and later Germany was kicked out of power in 1918, after WWI. And Bismarck was dismissed from his post and Chancellor in the late 1800s. But its my history, so Im changing it!)

I have now been ordered by the dead emperor to continue this diary. My first report must be that a machine gun regiment near Dubrovnik held off six regiments of Turkish infantry. Amazing how one regiment could hold six, with nothing but machine guns. One year later, Poland finally admitted that they couldnt live as Poles, so they were assimilated into the empire. We then settled with Turkey for 290 gold, which we received and then had a Great General, who worked in Berlin.
After about a four year peace, Brest was taken by the army from Amerika. We still couldnt get the French to see reason. 2 years later, we took Budapest again. We lost Brest after 2 more years, but, by 1929, Russia now is at peace with Germany. What an interesting decade!
Naturally, in 1933, when the peace treaty was finished, the Ottomans once again had peace with Germany. We were officially the most cultured people in the world in 1933, something that DIDNT help our military. In 1935, we lost Budapest, but, in Iberia, Gijon was taken by Portugal! GO PORTUGAL!!!

Diary of President Bismarck I
By 1939, we were making advances on all fronts. We finally retook Budapest and provided a massive garrison to prevent any attacks on that front. We also assembled a massive force to attack Paris, as per usual. Then, something amazing happened. We won! We retook Paris!!! Amazing! Naturally, we immediately declared peace and gained 115 gold as tribute. We are fortifying the city as we speak. A Great General was born in Vienna and went to Berlin to teach at the War Academy. A Great Merchant was born in Warsaw who promptly tried to discover Fascism but eventually went mad.
1958 was known as the year of Peace. I made peace with the Ottomans, the Arabians, the Japanese and the Indians. A few years later, a Great Merchant was born in Gdynia and joined the city.
In the time from 1958-1970, Germany worked on many excellent achievements. Foremost of these were called Armor and they were working on Panzers. These were massive moving artillery that would be used in any assault into France. Operation Blitzkrieg, the overwhelming use of Panzers to destroy France, and WWII, was about to begin. It opened rather innocently. Riflemen from Karlsruhe got hundreds of French workers who were taken into captivity. The Armor and the one Panzer division that would show that Germany needed more Panzers, advanced. During this time, the French had not been idle either. They found out about Machine Guns and had gunners guarding their capitals. The Machine Gunners were no match for the Panzers. The main Armor played a huge role, and, in 1972, Le Havre was taken and duly fortified. The army quickly moved on, and by 1975, had captured Bordeaux. The one French attack was massacured by one Panzer division, straight from Berlin. In 1979, we took Nimes. The French could start panicking. They had two cities left on the Continent. The French Navy was actually destroyed outside Brest by the German Navy, two proper nouns who normally dont go together. Gijon was taken by the French some time ago, and was promptly given to the Portugese, its rightful owners, and who bared the initial force of the French attack. By 1981, all of what was once called France, was German.

In 1983, most of Amerika revolted. They wanted to join the US, who was planning to conquer all of South America. Due to the fact I was wasting too much money and not getting many rewards from Amerika, I let them. While we were at war with France, we were ranked the 6th most powerful nation by Pliny. Clearly, the man is an idiot. After demolishing the center of French power, we made peace with France and took whatever we could get. Orlando later joined Amerika.
By 1990, the moment all of Prussia and Germany had been waiting for had arrived. We needed to stop the Ottoman menace to secure peace in Europe. I declared war. In 1991, we demolished the entire Ottoman army. We took Sofia that year, completely destroying the Ottoman defensive forces. In 1992, our Panzers destroyed the Greek Expeditionary Force, sent to help Turkey. A Great General was born and went to Paris to build a military academy. By 1998, China had declared war. To be honest, I wasnt real worried. They were in China.
We gained Biology from the Dutch, who liked us more than anyone except Britain on the Continent. In 1999, we took Istanbul. A new Prussian Century was about to begin. In 2000, John Roebling made Mining Inc. in Turin, Italy. The worlds second corporation had been founded. Using panzers, Ionianna was taken in Greece.
Mining Inc. spread rapidly to Berlin, Gdynia and Paris. In a huge attack in 2007, Istanbul fell from China, who somehow took it from us, using panzers. In 2009, Russia also declared war, thus forcing most of the Panzers into Russia, and I made peace with Turkey. For now. Yet another Great General was born and made a military academy in Vienna.
By 2012, a massive attack took Kiev from Russia. Plans commenced to take Moscow and St. Petersburg.
