To elaborate, it was a Brythonic (proto-Welsh, essentially) kingdom situated in what is now the Scottish Lowlands, centred around the Clyde Valley (hence the name) and holding influence over most of the South-West. In this scenario, it seems to have extended it's influence across most of the Lowlands, Borders and North-East England, pre-empting the emergence of Anglic Bernicia in doing so.It's inhabited by what passes for Lowland Scots in this time.
