The Headquaters is reportedly to be built in New York City.

On Feburary 3rd 1955 the President of the Republic of China was assainated by Imperial agents, or what appeared to be imperial agents. Chiang Kai- Shek was dead. However sensing an opportunity to invade the Empire of China to their north, the Republican Army carried out Operation White Sun.
On Feb 10th the Nationalist Army invaded the Empire of China and by Feb 15th their German allies were in place to assist. Sensing they were going to be left behind the Peoples Republic of China invaded that same day, with the Empire of Japan invading on the 17th in response to their leaders call for conquest.
By 30th March the Empire of China was all but conqured however it was not until the 8th April when the former Emperor was captured by Guoindang forces and taken to the Republic of China to face Crimes against the Chinese forces
