"My fellow Iranians! Sons of the Persian Fatherland! I stand before you today to report on the state of our glorious Islamic Republic. When I first took to this podium to declare the Republic one year ago, I saw on your faces at once the fear of sudden change and the exhilaration of liberation from the shackles of monarchy! Today I stand here and see nothing but strength! The strength of men who have been released from bondage, the strength of a nation, of a race that has for the first time in more than a century been free to determine its own fate! In your faces I see the state of our nation; and it is strong!
This past year has seen great changes within and around our Republic. We have left behind the economic desolation of the old Persia, choosing instead to bring wealth and prosperity to every Iranian citizen through economic and industrial cooperation with our German allies. The Shah taxed our land and our livestock to line his own pockets, while neglecting to develop this great country's plentiful natural resources to benefit the Iranian people. Those days are over; under the tutelage of our German friends and the expert management of the National Iranian Petroleum Corporation, the vast oil reserves of our Fatherland shall be exploited for the greater good of the Iranian people.
With only one year's worth of work, the development of our oil and other industries has vastly improved our economic and industrial capabilities. Iran is no longer the backwards laughing-stock of the haughty 'Great Powers'; free from the irons and chains of the evil Pahlavi regime, the Iranian race has finally taken its rightful place among the economic, industrial, and military powers of the world. This is not to say, however, that the only interests of the Islamic Republican government are the building up of coins of gold and weapons of steel. In this past year we have seen the reinvigoration and rebirth of Islamic morality and the uncorruption of Iranian society. The evil, destructive influences of the Great Satans -- monarchy, Bolshevism, Judaism, and false democracy -- have been purged from our glorious society; never again shall they poison the souls and minds of the Iranian master race!
And we are not alone. Heartened by our example, encouraged by the success of the Iranian folk in throwing off the domination of corrupt and evil government, our Khazak brothers have risen up against their Bolshevist oppressors. Where Jewish Bolshevism once suppressed the faithful and denied Allah, our Islamic brothers have taken up the sword and won their freedom. Clearly, the successes of the Iranian and Khazak peoples proves the inevitable truth of the historical dialectic; Islamic Republicanism is the wave of the future, and we Iranians are on the leading edge of humanity's next great development. Surely it is only a matter of time before our brothers rise up for their liberty -- against Satanic dictatorship in Iraq, against Jewish Bolshevism in Central Asia, and against that most hateful of monarchies in Arabia, heartland of Islam and birthplace of our great and beloved Prophet. The dialectic cannot be denied; our fellow-men will not long tolerate oppression, having seen our success against it. We are on the cusp of a glorious new age for humanity; what once was shall be again. Our faith and our blood demand one Republic. Never again shall our people be able to face with pride the so-called 'Great Powers' until, at least, we are all unified within a single free, Islamic state. The oppressed peoples share with us common blood and common faith; the oppressed territories share with us a common history. These people and these territories are called back to the bosom of our Republic, not by desire for wealth or for power, but by the inherent desire of our people for unity and for freedom. The Islamic Republic is, by God, stronger than it has ever been; and she shall only grow mightier with each passing day."

Your Iranian brothers-in-arms praise your efforts to be free of your Bolshevist Russian oppressors. We, and to be sure all other Islamic peoples, are greatly heartened to see that the guns and tanks of the Great Red Satan cannot keep down the Faithful. We applaud your efforts; but there is more to be done. Do not settle to trade Jewish Bolshevists in Novosibirsk for more of the same in Qaraghandy. You are already free of the Russian oppressors; do not stop, but push ahead, to be free of the madness of Communism altogether.

The government of south-Africa has decided to begin a project of reducing poverty in the poorest parts of the Union. This project includes vaccination (except for the black population), persecution of corrupt officials and Improving of agricultural economy. The project has been accepted and supported by most of the council members. The cost of the project is not told, but many citizens in the street do expect rise in taxation. The project is expected to begin as soon as possible.
Society Reforms
Council member Albert J. Leonard has made a great proposal of reforming the society completely as its in Germany. By taking womens right work in some professions, because the government wishes them to be good mothers for good boys and girls. Also a new work law is going to be introduced that forbids any use of machinery if it isnt absolutely necessary. The black people will lose their citizenship, and they all became faithful servants in to large collective farms that will be owned by the white, superior, population. Albert also says that the all the property owned by the black population will be confiscated by the Government and will be shared to the white population to take care of. With this new system in place the South-Africa will flourish the next coming centuries. He also said that all the businesses that are failing will nationalized as soon as possible. These revolutionizing ideas have been accepted by the council, and will be started as soon as possible.

A demonstration in the streets demanding local self-rule turned violent after news of a crushed rebellion in Moscow reached the city. The organizers of the action quickly disappeared as to not be caught when Finnish and German troops arrived, but the disolvement of the protest took longer than anticipated and for a few weeks the city had autonomous self-rule. By the end of about 2 weeks, lacking any sort of leadership, the spontaneous revolt ended, but the feeling of hatred of Germans was intensified.

Stormbringer got to be one cause he demonstated he knew enough about Russian affairs to give proper cause. I would honestly like it not to have 50 million rebel groups however so if you need to join as one, Join as ONE of the ones that popped up this turn.
