Hello, I've recently stumbled across a very frustrating and abusive bug--At least I hope it is a bug since it's quite abusive and annoying to deal with in the game.

1: You have to have Amani and Suzerainship of a city-state

2: You have had declared war on another player (so the city-state then declares war on that player. If the player declares war on the city-state first this bug does not appear to function

3: Amani must be established said city-state

4: Another player must be competing with the city-state -- They must have enough envoys so that when you remove Amani either they become Suzerain OR the city-state has equal competitors envoys so that it is no longer your vassal

5: Remove Amani and put her in another City-State/City

6: In the same turn after having removed Amani return her to the city-state: there will be a "countdown" of turns before she's supposed to re-establish but when the next turn rolls over she will have re-established and the city-state will declare war on the person you're fighting again. You can do this indefinitely to prevent that person from ever killing the city-state--It will boot their units out every time

Notes:
--These tests were conducted in Multiplayer games with Simultaneous turns, not in Single Player.
--Patch 1.0.0.229
