An Idea: Return to our Roots, the True 'Never Ending Story'

But...1898 is...1898.

FINE. I shall think of what to do for it. What would be the general consensus?

This seems interesting, but I would vote for a mid-to-late industrial age time frame.

Industrial start is unfair to people who want to play Asia or somewhere besides Europe.

Who says that?

You can make a Chinese version of the Industiral revolution! Or Indian? Just imagine a ship with a massive turret, on the turret are heavily adorned guns which are shaped like dragon heads from the outsides, belching fire and smoke. A great flag streams out behind the ironclad, bearing the dragon of China!

I like anything from 1860 to 1914, mainly for the opportunities in Europe and America. Seven Weeks' War!

Thats one seems to be a board nes... Map wise anyway...

As for a nice age I think befor Mongols, maybe 1000AD?

Whoa, look what I found guys. I remember coming here a LONG time ago, when i was probably like 11 or 12, and made a NES, it was a very simple NES, and I couldn't type or speak properly.

Take a look -

Not sure, sorta leaning towards real, but imaginary is also interesting.

Imaginary would be way better. We all know history and know who does what back in those days.

Who's going to be making countries? Will everyone be equal in strength? I claim SE Asia.

Hey!
People who are from SE Asia should have priority!

I'll take the Malayan Peninsula and the Malay Archaepelago

I'm from Vietnam, so I'd think I have priority.
