AND2 and SVN Bug Reports - A New Dawn 2 ONLY

The Circus Maximus wonder... it says that it requires five stables. However, I've replaced my Stables with Knight's Stables - and as a result I can't build the Wonder anymore. That's probably not intentional is it?

Maybe the Circus Maximus wonder becomes obsolete since you discover the tech that allows for Knight Stables?I'm not sure.:confused:

I believe Afforess did something to the code to allow replacements to count. Do you have a savegame?
 
About the xUPT crashes, do we have some savegames? It was working quite OK when the update was released, but now it seems some players are having problems!

I'll see if I can provide some but we should already have some, I'll see if I can find them. I'm frankly surprised because I also recall it was working and then it stopped working some days later.

Maybe it was just a placebo effect about the fresh update :S

Don't quote me on this, but from a quick debug g think I recall there was some problem with some civic, probably. But I'm not sure
 
So twice now I've gotten a message from the city of Munich - owned by Germany, surrounded by my culture, and suffering revolutions - asking me if I want to take the city or let it form Persia. Frederick is apparently attempting to grant me the city via the Revolution mechanic and not by gifting it to me via Diplomacy.

Well, when I click on "Welcome Back" ........ Nothing happens. The city remains under German control, suffers some more revolts, and then later asks me if I want it back again or not. I haven't clicked "We don't want you back" yet, but the several times I've clicked Welcome Back it doesn't do anything :confused:

I've posted an Autosave, the window should pop up in the next turn or two - unless it's random :blush:

I had it on 15/tile when it crashed. I changed it to 20 and it worked for a bit, then crashed again. So, I disabled it completely and seems to be working so far.
 
@Cody: Can you post a savegame so it can be reviewed?
 
I can't launch the game with A New Dawn anymore because it fails to initiate python with the following error.

I was trying to merge some changes from AND into C2C and as soon as i merged the CvAppInterface.py changes i got that error. It is strange because it seems to work for everybody else, but as far as i know sys.setdefaultencoding was removed from python some time ago because it caused problems.
 
Wait, you can't launch AND but you're merging some changes from AND to C2C? So what have you changed in AND?
 
After merging some of your changes into C2C i wasn't able to start C2C because of that error. So i tried to launch AND and i got the same error. The last time i played AND was a few months ago and it worked fine. I didn't change anything in AND.
 
You can eventually delete the cache folder. The python part of the code was forced to use UTF8 and some functions have been updated to use that. The merge into C2C also need to replace the use of latin1 by UTF8 into python scripts.
 
Not sure if this has been fixed or if I am missing something -- the stack attack option does not work.

So units have to attack 1 at a time. Pretty much takes all the fun out of the game when you have to click 500+ times to kill a big AI stack.
 
@Aciv4playerA: I don't think it has been fixed. I think Afforess is the only one who can debug this :S
 
i play a multiplayer game with LAN with my friend and we play now long time the game works well but slowly we get the syncronisasion problem, so we go out of the game and reconecct, is there maybe a way to fix that? or to use a keyboard combi to reload the syncronisasion without to go out of the game?
