@c0dy: The samouraï unit is causing glitch. It is a known bug. We should really look for another model or fix this one.
Looking at C2C changelog, rev6188 fix this by using another model. You were right, it's the Japanese longbowman. If I remember correctly, it's the Japanese Longbowman that is the problem unit. If c0dy could post a save game from right when that screenshot was taken, we could try removing units in WorldBuilder or swap unit art definitions and pin the problem to a particular unit.
Thank you for the report, it's added to the task list.Siam & England have the same national territory color (red numbers & white background color). Could you guys modify to distinguish them?

Chipote in the Civ 4 ini file, towards the end of the file,
Cheat code = chipote
Thanks.
And..
Why does the AI start with a lot of production already done? Is that how it is supposed to be? Seems like an unfair advantage to me.
The AI seems to be bad at predicting revolutions in my games. By 2500 BC most of my closest neighbours had 7 cities, and a few turns later, revolutions in all of them. Is this by design?
The AI gets poduction discounts on levels above Noble. This is because even at its best, the AI is still a program and cannot provide a human with decent competition unless something like that is done. This plays into the bad at predicting revolutions.
New bug report (I think): Arquebusier currently upgrade to Dragoon?! That's the first time I've ever seen a foot unit upgrade to a mounted unit. Seems very wrong.
