Im going to take out Hlobane, then sue for peace leaving the Zulu with 2 cities. Umtata has nothing in its 21 besides hills, mountains & a jungle(it would take them clearing the jungle before it could ever grow beyond size 2.) Ngome(which will become the cap) will be slightly more productive, not much tough. However I want that city to expand & grab up all 3 spices, so another Civ that can actually use them wont get them(as far as I can see theres only 1 single spice in all the land west of there).
