My plans: We have more then enough troops in the west to take out the Mongols. Im going to start siphoning off troops to send west, all new troops will also head west unless something unforeseen happens. Well know the Mongols back to a city or two, then let the Germans take them out so we dont take the rep hit. The reason I want our troops in the west is because we need to capitalize while theres a ton of inter-AI fighting over there. Heres a shot of whats going on in the west & why we need to get a force out there.
Move Musket out of Lugdunum to guard our saltpeter colony.
Switch Lugdunum from Knight to Cathedral, and rush(220g) so we can turn off lux next turn.

T2- We were forced to renegotiate peace with Abu last turn. Since were looking at 19 until we can go after him, I buy Banking of him for 20gpt & 480g. This will still allow us to extort Astronomy/Metal from Carthage, and we can get banks down now.
Switch all cities to banks.
Start on Economics with a scientist in Alasia.

Our Knight & saltpeter colony in the west is overrun. Good thing we have a couple more.
T3- Elite Cav retreats from pike, -2hp to pike.

Shaka is down to his last city, which Im hoping Biz will clean up this turn to get us out of a 20gpt payment.
Shuffle around troops to set up strikes on Biz when he takes out Shaka, and move some troops west.

The last Zulu city is defended by a spearman, and the Germans still havent killed him.
I send some more troops back to the west. The Germans army outnumbers ours, but they have no saltpeter, iron, and are just getting around to connecting their first horses(which coincidently will be the first city I raze) so Im not expecting much of a problem. It will be an exercise in promotions & dodging longbows.
Our alliance is up in 6 turns, so either way Bizs days are numbered.

Catapults are back in Entremont for upgrade when we get Metallurgy, Im guessing we wont need them against the Germans to take out spears.

*Alliance with Biz is over in 3 turns, cancel it before you take Mongolia out.
*I have troops set up to take out Bremen, Stuttgart, and Korokium as soon as the alliance is over. When Korokium falls, so does there horses.
*West: Im marching south then around the circle of enemy cities. Ive been using our Saltpeter colony to heal at, but once you get farther away youll need somewhere different.
*Id build another musket or two to take with the war pack.
*NOTICE!! Theres a Numid 2 tiles SE of Entremont, hes been hiking around our territory forever, but I cant even try to take him out till he gets off the mountain. Bait him with a slave or something.
*Ive got workers chopping forests on our border/where ships can drop off enemies. That way we dont have to give them good defensive terrain when they enter our land.
