Any mods that include minor civs for RFC?

I love playing RFC for Civ IV but one thing I noticed that the game lacks in comparison to Civ V is city states/minor civs. Are there any mods that add them? I hate playing as Germany and not having the buffer state of Poland between Russia and I for example.

It's included in the RFC Dawn of Civilization modmod.

Go check RFC DoC.. besides Poland, there's also Moors, Tamil, Tibet, Korea, and many more minor civilizations~

Poland is also in RFCEurope.

If you are interested in minor civs, I would recommend DoC, and also RFCEurope and RFC Classical World (in the modmods subforum). The latter two have a map with a larger scale so it is focused on specific areas (Europe and Eurasia respectively) so they fit more civs into the same geographical area.

IIRC RFCEurope has Poland and also Lithuania, Hungary, Bulgaria and Austria so loads of minor civs in between Germany and Russia (which is split into Kiev and Novgorod)
