I wonder if you will be able to activate it in the UK before the 24th?

I fear that the activation is though Steam, and you will therefore be tied to their activation date - the 21st is just the day when D2D allows you to start downloading. But we'll see.

I thought we could only get Babylon from ordering off of Steam? This seems to show we will get Babylon + the 2 other civs/map pack (when that DLC is later released) for free.
