My avvie is Sun-Ra, a visionary musician from the 50s and 60s. Quite off his head, most would say. Believed he came from Saturn and was on a journey to return through his music. But it was inspired early jazz and funk music and people like George Clinton of Parliament Funkadelic would take up a similar worldview and make equally freaky music.

My avatar is a composition of a certain geometrical shape. I'd tell you what that shape is but I fear people would be ironically prejudiced against me if I tell But most people should be able to figure it out I admire the shape for purely aesthetic reasons, not for historical or religious reasons. The colours are there just be colorful.
