Yes (10 character), I think so.
I just changed my avatar from the Spearmen in the base gallery to this present one, my own. Its a thing that someone made for me for a flag so I started using it as a Avatar everywhere else, now to many newbs here are using my spearmen so now I change my avatar to this.
