Best currently running tv series intro?

I dunno about best but House of Cards has fantastic intro music. The interplay between the electric base and orchestra is very cool.

I forgot about HoC. The music is very distinct, and I like the experimentation with the visuals. For those who haven't seen it, it has slow panning camera over scenes from Washington moving in fast-forward. Very crisp, and with the music a bit haunting.

I do like the Constantine intro, here's hoping NBC will give it a second season.

Probably some dumb anime

Some of those intros are legitimately great. Original scores and real solid dedication to the intro (and outro fairly often)

I was tempted to post one of those.

Don't know any currently running though.

Black Sails is pretty good. Check this out and tell me what you think.

Emphasis on the beat is a little heavy for my taste. I might have to seek out this Black Sails thing though, as I do have a soft spot for tales of piracy. Starz is off my available sources, so I'll have to check Netfix I guess.

The 'lagomorph' crowd?

:shake:

That doesn't make sense (in more ways than the apparent one). I mean lagomorph could merely be taken to mean 'rabbit morphing', or similar to that.

Lagomorphophilic would make sense as a 'rabbit form loving' crowd.

Taxonomy: invited by the Greeks, perfected by the English.

Ah, so it would be Lagomorphon or (plural) lagomorpha. Pretty sure Aristotle routinely used the added part '-morphe' at any rate, so English thinking is late and sucks still :smug:

And your post had thus the meaning that it was GoT for actual rabbits and rabbitoids, which itself is a weaker joke than if you mean a show for some established 'furry'-type analogous lagophilic crowd

Weaker joke<Stronker joke

Of the shows I'm watching right now, I'd probably say iZombie's credits sequence is the best. That's not saying a ton, though. Credit sequences and theme songs pretty much blow these days.

If I can go back a few years, Battlestar Galactica is still the last show I would not miss each week, and I liked its theme song.

Or, you know, you could join the contemporary world by adopting English as the lingua franca of science.

Good, then you can stop riding my Johnson about my wholly appropriate use.
