No, it just shows how obsessive that show's fandom is.
Why would you say that?

Because it's true? The number of votes the show receives has nothing to do with how good it is. Now, it may be a very good show; it may not.Why would you say that?

I don't disagree, dude. Firefly might have been the best thing ever on TV, sure, but you can't tell that from the voting.I was trying to make a joke, given my user theme and occasional use of "shiny" and "rutting" as legitimate slang. That being said, I'd say that 14 consistently great episodes and a decent movie probably bode better for a series than 100s of episodes of wildly varying quality and 11 movies that alternate between god-awful and pretty good.
Where's Futurama?

Futurama and Red Dwarf are/were the only good space-themed TV shows.
You haven't missed a thing. It was godawful.haven't seen space 1999
Classic Doctor Who or the new stuff? Or Doctor Who in general? Its clearly Doctor Who
I used to watch it when i was little and barely remember, i liked it back then. But again children have very low threshold for liking things. You haven't missed a thing. It was godawful.

Easily Babylon 5 in my opinion. Granted, I hated the first season, but I enjoyed the second and fifth about as much as anything, and the third and fourth were just godly. Once JMS took over the writing it became by far the most consistent show I've ever seen.
