Betting and Speculation - The "Entirely Separate Hypercube" Civ!

And you are also the master of deception... but the coincidence is just too much this time around  You were so close :P

Honestly, I can't believe I forgot to reenable the eyebrows! I wish I had posted that fake screenshot at the beginning!

Precisely this. I think we can all manage to wait 5 or 6 days if we have to.

The Pain! The HORROR! Oh it fills me with dread! Cruel gods! Why do you tempt me so?

Meh, I suspect everything will be revealed in the near future either way. I see no need to steal Firaxis's thunder to get everything only a few days early. It's better to be safe than sorry and to avoid posting screenshots. Let's not have a Theodora controversy again.

Well we could do that, but what better time than now! :mischief:

All I have to say on the matter is that if the Venice UA is true I will be MASSIVELY disappointed.

Same, Venice will become the new India :/ (as was Byzantium in G&K).

It doesn't found sun.. I mean, it doesn't sound fun at all, it sounds furstrating, if I was frustration I'll play on Prince.

Man, this kind of information is not very wealthy for someone like who has to study for an exam tomorrow (haaa, philosophy of sciences ... a beautiful conversation between Leibniz and Clarke ...) ! But those screenshots, where do they come from in the first place ? A site ? Did someone pirated the 2K sites or communications ?

The guy says he is doing a review.

If he's a reviewer, why'd he risk this?

Hey, it's a freelance work for a website and I was told there was no NDA. I specifically asked the chief editor for it and informed him I was gonna give some info to civfanatics too. So on my part, either I'm misinformed or there are no risks :)

Well there you go, post it with screenshots!!! You have no NDA, and you specifically said you would give info to civfanatics! GO FOR IT!

For those of you wondering, if my memory serves me correctly the Shoshone had a scout replacement that was stronger and apparently could choose what it got from ancient ruins. Its other UU was a cavalry unit I didn't read the specifics of, and its UA was that cities started with larger borders as well as something else that I can't remember.

Perhaps they get to work an extra layer of tiles (Though still can't buy past three)?

That would be fun. Although I can't imagine choosing something other than free techs from ruins (perhaps maybe a free upgrade, but I doubt it).

Well ... he did, but the thread was closed in an instant ...

Well, I know that.........I was referring to a post that would not get taken down :mischief:

It would be pretty OP, IMHO, to choose to receive faith in your first ruin. That could give them a pantheon before the Celts or the Ethiopians.

That would be pretty awesome, I think I saw that a few pages back, working 5 tiles out instead of just the 3

I dunno. Guaranteed scarchers would be pretty nice, especially if they'd already had a promotion.

Well, Inform the mods thus and post it!

The Shoshone idea sounds really fun! (and the "start with larger borders" would mean they stole another idea from Thal's GEM.)

Well it was probably taken down because I didnt post any screens other than the game on my steam, cant blame the mods. I was quite excited to share stuff:D

Anyway, I've contacted them and waiting for their feedback now=)
