Given the barbarian battleships seen earlier, it seems plausible that the Barbarians can now build units that require resources. Although I would have just expected a Barbarian Archer replacement rather than Barbarian Chariot Archer replacement.

There's still the "Why make them look native american" issue isn't there? If they did that, they'd risk offending some people.

No, we have three or four people saying they saw this thread. This Maelstrom poster says he has pictures of the final two but the mods are telling him not to release it.

Precisely this. I think we can all manage to wait 5 or 6 days if we have to.
The thread definitely existed. I saw it with my mine own two eyes. Whether or not the info it contained is for real or not is an entirely separate matter. The fact that it got nuked lends it some credibility (imo) Also there was a screenshot posted that looked like it was from steam that said BNW press release (might have been conference can't recall now)
