I agree with you completely. Stop this stupid ranting which has nothing to do with this mod. If you don't like State Property for Obama or Judaism for Hitler you can easily change it in XML.

While I agree that the change is easy, the settings are part of the mod. If you thought a unit was overpowered / underpowered, would you bring it up here ? Why wouldn't you do this when it is another setting you find wrong ?

I am not expecting anyone to fix it, but feedback is valuable and if enough people feel one way, maybe settings (whether it should be unit or leader or anything else) should be changed to more accurately reflect the unit / leader / whatever. If the mod maker feels that the setting is wrong based on feedback, fine, if he still feels his setting is right, fine too in the end. But not even bringing it up is helping noone.

While there will be some people saying that Obama is represented accurately by 'State Property', I really question whether you find anyone who would claim that Hitlers favorite religion was Judaism.

I certainly disagree that this 'rant' has nothing to do with the mod, the settings used are very much part of this mod. Standard leaders may not be (even though those also could be changed inside a mod if wanted), but additional leaders very much are.

I visit here to help people out if someone's having a problem with the mod and what I see every time instead of mod concerning questions? - your smart political talk which quite sure could have been held somewhere else.

This is a mod... great one but just a mod.
If you do not like something in it.... well... get into xml and change it the way you like it.... if you can.
Thousands of people are playing with only a few with some concerns.

Where in some files except CIV4UnitInfos i can find a Ka-50 Black Shark to customize a unit stats?
In CIV4UnitInfos dosen't exist even in civilizations info Russia dont have that unit info

Well, if it comes up so frequently, maybe there is a point in changing the mod settings ;)

Personally I do not care whether it is fixed or not, but saying that settings used in the mod have nothing to do with the mod is just ridiculous, which is all I was pointing out.

Look for "Russia" for easy find :)

Ok some bug in mode. Israeli Civ have some problem to upgrade Tank unit to Merkava. So i must build modern tanks from begining. maybe it is a problem with assimilation option. Anyone know how to fix this??
 
Ive been having problems simply downloading the mod. When i click on the "download now" button from filefront it leads me to a blank screen with no download starting. I understand that its not a common issue but it would be nice to at least be able to try this interesting mod :).
 
at least im not the only one. need trying to download all day. must me a filefront issue as i can't download anything from there. if anyone a mirror site available please post.

I personally think state property is a good choice for Obama. Judaism for Hitler? Yeah right.

Have you tried loading the mod before selecting the map? The option to load a mod can be found under Advanced. If HitM isn't on the list, you didn't install it correctly.
 
Question,

Underneath the research bar of whatever tech is being done, there is the chat log area, or the area where notes and events are. Right now all i see is a bunch of words and things on debugging and options and such. It takes up my entire screen so i cant see the cities i am doing. How do i get rid of it or make it back to the regualr size?
 
If anyone still looks at this thread that nows how to do this, I have a question.

What do you need to modify in custom maps to make them compatible with HiTM?
 
I was winning quite easily, until I realised I do not have any access to oil, even 1 coal only just showed up. Notice I seem to have oilwells around Cologne but the well does not show on the map, only the pump. This is easy warlords level on continents and I have never seen a map with no oil on this amount of land I occupy. In this case I cannot build 20th Century ships or aircraft, or spaceship, looks like a lost cause to me.
