I don't understand this. There was a blockade last turn, so there was no trade with India to lose. In addition, I thought that trade was dependent on trade agreements.-1 EP Portugal from trade loss with India

In any case, I don't think that such a sale is even proposable, seeing that it isn't owned by us, but rather is owned by the Teutonic Order, which has merely accepted our suzerainity. So you'll have to ask them instead.
