BirdNES 3: Discussions & Questions

Yes I have them and Songhai's too.

Trade Routes will now show up in stats:

SR--Silk Road
RSIn-- Red Sea to India
PGIn--Persian Gulf to India
TrSa-- Trans Sahara
ECAf-- East Coast of Africa
InSI-- Indonesia Spice Islands
CJP-- China Japan Philippines
WCAf-- West Coast of Africa
CIn-- China to India

The stat abreviations are on the left the description on the right. This will be added to the game thread too.

It has been suggested that i try to show Trade Routes on the/a map. I will see what I can do to include them. Some, Like WCAf (west coast of Africa) show knowledge of an area and the ability to trade there rather than a specific path. Maybe a trade influence or control map wpuld be better. I will give it some thought.

ATM I'm updating stats for those orders I have.

Portugal will be in one of those trade routes at least. And how come my travellers haven't found any "Useful Discoveries" in their travels?
Patience is a virtue. ;)

Due to reduced time due to schoolwork, I'm afraid I will have to cut out the most time consuming NES I currently participate in. I'm sorry Bird. :(
I'm sorry to see you go. :(

awful that of drop outs

Yes, but given the number of player and the time needed, not entirely surprising.

Strategos, the note in your orders regarding the House of Zilberschlag is just fine.

I'm sorry:
I am once again no longer able to access the forums during the week (lacrosse is indirectly to blame). Therefore, so as to not inconvenience Bird or the other players, I will be quitting this NES. Twas fun while it lasted.

I want to fight a bigger war, is it okay if I switch to Hungary?

Well, out-and-out saying that is surely an excellent plan that will undoubtedly lead to good relations with Hungary's neighbours.

It depends on which neighbor you are :)

If you have any deals with Hungary, tell me by private message okay.
