Botwawki 2.6

Well, related to energy, now is the time to mass-buy energy and turn it into Mr. Handys that will be used for scavenging. It's an interesting scheme, but "schemes" tend to backfire. As we can all witness ourselves.

It'd be a cool scheme if I didn't have to spend most of my scrap BUILDING FARMING EQUIPMENT! :)

That bubble will soon burst and pretty hard. Eventually people will make so much Farming Equipments that the amount of food that won't be consumed will be spoiled...which will be bad.

Or, true to their American heritage, our people will start to eat bigger meals and snack even when not hungry.

I added a tab in the workbook for structure costs in caps and energy upkeep costs in caps. Doing some mild number crunching, if you have a choice between buying energy off the market or building a reactor, just buy it off the market.

Edit:

República de Cuba
Location: Cardenas, Cuba
Will Trade 5 1-H Guns for every 50 Food.
Will Trade 5 2-H Guns for every 25 Materials.

$2.55k ($5.1k) of profit for every 50 (100) food sold to Cuba. $9.65k ($38.6k) for 25 (100) materials.

As long as food is still in demand, I dont think the bubble will burst. For example either MC is going to have to buy alot of food this turn or somebody else will have to in order to bail them out, which will either keep food prices steady or cause an increase.

That is, unless Jacksonia decides to mass sell all of the fruit of the fruitlands. Thats pretty much the only way to see a large scale decline in food prices at this point I think.

Also, orders sent.

Challenge and Solution
Spoiler :

Dean Phoenix’s Challenge: Some of our people have suggested that we should take the opportunity to “recruit” the weaker migrants in the area who have refused to try to join us normally. While we continue to accept immigrants, these people have suggested that those who do not join willingly should be brought into the tribe as forced laborers or slaves. How do we respond to this proposal?
Dean Phoenix's Solution: Never, we shall not infrige on their right for freedom of choice, for that will prevent them from achieving the Dream

Migration:
Spoiler :

We will continue our migrations to our southwest in search for warmer climates that will have adequate soil. If we come across any communities we will follow the old established policy.

Starting work on the update now. Remember, I do accept new orders up until the last minute, but order revisions will only be handled on a case by case basis, dependent on whether or not I have already finished working on your section.

I sent my orders by PM. I notice a lot of people sent publicly. What is the preference? Are both good?
