We will participate in the rearming of your craft if we may receive intelligence on what is observed about the Army of Minorne on any scouting flights you may initiate. Additionally, until such time as your airbases are recovered, the pilots and crews of the planes may enjoy the amenities of the Sunshine Kingdom.
Your graciousness and hospitality are received with much gratitude. We will continue supplying the Sunshine Kingdom with any intelligence that we might receive.
My feelings exactly. I go to all that trouble to come up with an awesome possible tool for the development of a faction, and BAM. He doesn't send orders. Very disappointing at the potential could-have-beens.
The broken Plasma weapon will be destroy since I dont want to waste any lives on such endeavor. OCC: That and I dont expected people with oral education to succeed.

SpoilerQueen’s Challenge :
The population of Nasacity have suggested that the city could use better lighting at night, also allowing full nighttime commerce to take place in the marketplace. They have requested that one energy unit be dedicated solely to extensive lighting of Nasacity from our reactor. How do we respond to this request?
SpoilerQueen’s Solution :
Full time commerce and constant lighting is a luxury, but one that we can well afford. The Congress of Kingdom has voted to dedicate a portion of the reactor’s output to light our capital and the market.
SpoilerOrders :
We will spend this turn developing the life of our people. The town of The Mine will construct a market, while a set of farming equipment will be constructed in Oak Hill.
Additionally, transfer 5 plasma weapons to The Mine, and enough low tech melee for everyone to be well armed.
Begin salvaging the outskirts of Orlando. Additionally, send small, stealthy, scouting parties into Orlando, to get an idea of the state of the city (I know there are ghouls, but, are there specific concentrations of the creatures? any predominant monster populations aside for ghouls? any survivor communities? any interesting scrap and salvage?) In particular, we want to know the state of these areas vis a vis future settlement options: Fort Gatlin, Orlando Executive Airport, The Orlando International Airport Police Station, The Orlando Science Center, and Winter Park memorial Hospital.
Additionally, all other towns will continue to salvage the areas around them.
Our five best survivalists/scouts are to be equipped with the weaponry they want and a mininuke each, what supplies they need, and send them to recon central florida, and especially the lake placid area. If they get a chance, use the mininuke to destroy the CIC of the Warriors, but only if it’s safe for them. At worst, we are to attempt to track the known Armies.*
Similarly, send stealthy scouts through orlando, to attempt to contact the NGC we’ve heard about on the radio. If we encounter other settlements, invite them to join the Kingdom, as well as asking what kind of supplies/armaments they need. (We’re willing to help subsistence of any communities in the beleaguered areas.) They are, also, to attempt to discover paths through orlando that our truck can use to supply future settlements and establish trade with the NGC.
Keep scouts near the kissimmee river, to get advance warning in case of warriors of minorne attack. Rig any crossings over the river that we can reach to explode, just in case.
Give the vault 40 pilots comfortable lodgement, so they’re not forced to camp out in the airfield. Additionally, indicate to them our plans regarding the scouts in central florida, and ask them, if they are willing and their commanders allow it, to conduct high altitude survey flights of central florida/orlando, attempting to determine the lay of the land. If possible, relay the information we find to our scouts on the ground.
*This, of course, is the unreleased plot of Fallout 4: Sunshine
You all should have given the Doctor a mininuke and sent somebody to go with him. Now we'll never know what happened in Tampa.

-No mass release of other slaves shall happen for the time being. The released Big Piners are to still be watched carefully. There are long term risks so the actions of the freed slaves from Big Pine are to be carefully observed before we begin any amnesty of other slaves.
-Deeply regret starting on an island isolated from everybody else. What was I thinking?
@Grandkhan: Who says he doesn't have a mininuke and took a companion? In fact I think I referenced a blonde going with him from the vault. He does like blondes.
@Thomas.berubeg: Actually, my vision for a plot for fallout 4 will come much later on in this NES. I'm greatly looking forward to it.
And now, for some rankings and stats! Cause I can!

Governor's Challenge
Spoiler:
Governor’s Challenge: With the opening of a new marketplace, the question emerges on whether or not we want to allow the slave trade. Some have argued that the allowance of the slave trade will likely bring larger overall market dividends to our government, not to mention a growing supply of free labor. Others argue that slavery is immoral and should not be welcomed in the New Gulf Commonwealth. Which side should we take in this debate?
Governor's Challenge Solution
Spoiler:
Booker Ryan leaned back. He was tired of listening to arguments. All week people had been come in and putting in their two cents. Merchants as far as Nasacity had come down to cajole and have words with him. Offers of slaves had been made. He wasn't surprised, considering the money involved in slavery.
"So what do you think?" Ryan looked up. He hadn't been listening to what the farmer had been saying.
"I'll keep that in mind as I make my decision. Thank you for taking the time to tell me what you think. Have a good Jeff." Ryan sat there for a few minutes. He sighed and pulled out a bottle of Nuka-cola. A quick soft drink and then some sleep.
------
Ryan stepped up onto the platform. He had come down to Leesburg to talk. He stood there until the crowd was quiet.
"Citizens of the Commonwealth! After weeks of deliberation, I have made a decision. I have spoken with merchants from the Sunshine Kingdom and I have spoken with laborers and leaders from all corners of our land. I have looked the slave in the eye, and I have seen the conditions in which he is commonly kept. Now, when I look at their condition, I do not see a slave. I see our future sons and daughters, kidnapped or sold to pay debts. When I look at the slave, I do not see an inferior. I see that image of God which all men bear. We have an opportunity to dictate what our futures will hold. Will it hold the chains and collars of slavery? Or will man be free to pursue his own fate? There shall be no slaves in the Commonwealth."
New Gulf Commonwealth Orders (Short)
Spoiler:
Keep scavenging around Orlando. We just spent all our scrap and need more to replenish it. We will need it if the Minorne come a calling. As such we need an even larger group to scavenge. (500 men, 4 power suits, 100 laser, 100 2-h, 100 1-h, and 100 low tech).
Rebuild the radio tower. Add water purifier and pump to Vault 77. One the radio is built, Booker Ryan will give a short speech to the people of the Sunshine Wastes regarding the potential threat of the Minorne and the need for solidarity against such an imposing threat.
Farming equipment to Vault 77, or whichever town will it will help most. Fortify Fort Apopka and Leesburg.
Yeah I know. That doesn't mean you doesn't mean that there aren't any merchants from the Sunshine Kingdom that don't deal in slavery. Like they don't deal with Slavery in the Kingdom itself, but when they travel abroad, they don't hesitate to make money.
