Got it. I should've gone with the New Gulf Commonwealth-themed flag instead. They were more about the Old South.

For everyone: I might start work on the update on Wednesday or Thursday, but that isn't definite. This month is looking to be rather insane for me, so I'm playing everything by ear. Still, get those orders in.

One note for this particular one: although Memphis is listed as the Seekers' of Knowledge current camp location, the update suggests that they finished this season's migration in Water Valley, MS. I moved them accordingly on my map.

Swing King’s Challenge: The wastes have a large number of people looking for a new home and family away from the hazards of the world. They would likely seek to join us if we gave them a chance. How do we treat potential new immigrants and should we allow them?
Solution: Take the men as future drivers and women as Houseworkers. Send the children off to Route 66.

First of all, sell 2K food and 1.5K water (can I do this - I don't have a caps stat? If not forget it)
This nets us a very solid 627k caps (gg fort rome)
Spend 428k of these to buy 2k materials, bank the remaining 199k

Right, so, militarily, our focus will be to secure a corridor out of the city, so that we're not insulated by bandits, and that traders and migrants can flow in and out fairly easily. To do this, we'll secure the bits of I-40 in our immediate area (where it meets I-440, just to our north/nw) and clear out the area surrounding the roadway. For one, we believe that it could be used as a safe route by traders in and out of the city. For another, we could use it as a safe route for us to get in and out of the city.

60 people in 30 power armors, 30 1-H guns, 30 2-H guns, and our 2 howitzers will be devoted to this task. We'll also bring 5 jeeps along, to serve as quick mobile platforms of sorts.

Head west on I-40 as far west as Kingston Springs or thereabouts, or otherwise as far west as is as reasonable. Naturally, do our best to scavenge the areas around here, and the western outskirts of Nashville in general, to see what we can find.
