I do think Wolf is gone for good. He's the sort who once he makes up his mind, he likely makes up his mind for good. The fact he has other priorities now makes it even less likely.

I'd say give him until after the holidays as a grace period, then if he's not back, time for someone to pick up the pieces and continue the work. Mod was great, but the work isn't finished.

It's either that or wait for Civ 5 and start work on it immediately there.

i just downloaded this the other day and i am now depressed to see that wolf has gone. i was actually working on a bit of a project regarding this mod (in WB, im no modder) that i dont think would be that useful, but still might have been nonetheless.

Um, as the post above yours says, Wolf has not disappeared, he moved to another forum and continues working on his mod.

So whatever you want to add, do not hesitate to continue with it

it's there a way to modified it, so it won't go farther ww2 era
what i mean no jet figther except fot germany and only the me 262 for germany
No post ww2 era unit for all the players

No nuke and rokectry v-1 stil limited to germany

Also the mechanized infantry it's possible to change the design to the half track style skf for german course .
And the possibility to continu the productiuon of foot infantry ounce you have the capacity to create the motorized infantry. (the cost of motorized should be higher )

I asked this question over at apolyton. I asked because I wondered if it was worth it to update WolfRevolution to the DCM component 0.97 version, so I just wanted to know if it was a couple of days (didn't want to do the work and release the WolfRev version on sunday if Wolfshanze 2.86 was coming on monday). I was told 2.86 was close, but not in a couple of days, more likely a couple of weeks. So I updated WolfRev. So probably 2.86 is a couple of weeks away. It's hard to really know as a modmaker, you can't really set exact dates, for one it's a hobby, and you don't want to stess yourself out with deadlines, and for another you don't really know yourself, and things change in the process. Anyway, I'd say expect 2.86 to come out in a couple of weeks, possibly a Christmas or New Years release. You should check out apolyton and read Wolf's response.

Of course you can always try the WolfRevolution mod in my sig which also has the upaded Upatch and Better AI, plus some other mod components like revolutions and influence driven war.

I don't know, he certainly seems cross enough that he won't be posting here for a while. Ah, how old troubles unfortunately resurface... Not the first time and won't be the last unfortunately. This did happen before and it took that creator ages to want to come back. Keeps happening and they won't come back. No content will mean the moderators will be moderating old threads...
