Bug reports and technical issues

yep problem was introduced after the release of 1.11

I don't know. Nothing I've added since then could affect tech speed that much afaik, so we have to wait for more information in form of saves during these tech hikes.

I have a question about 1st Turkish UHV (4 wonders in capital). My capital is Istanbul and there I have 4 wonders (Hagia Sophia and Theo Walls prebuilt. Palace and Topkapi Palace I've built myself). But in victory conditions screen there is only 2/4. What's wrong? Civilopedia says its all wonders.

Hagia Sophia and Palace don't count, I think.

OK with Palace, but why Hagia Sophia don't? Cuz it's a shrine? Then it's very hard to build all wonders till 1550. Maybe it would be better to change the date to 1600 or 1650, considering that there's a war against Byzantium and strong Arabia in the start and that player has to build an army to defend/conquer. Starting stack is not so strong as it seems.

leaning tower is a too cheap wonder for this goal and topkapi palace is accurate and effective wonder with blue mosque but I don't like researching bm's techs (music or patronage I don't remember, and mughals trying to build it too), cause in this era mostly I fight against holy rome and russia at the same time and need to boost hagia sophia-kudüs-al haram with banks and buy mercenaries for (and upgrade as riflemans) against prussian rifleman spawn-war and 3rd uhv

This is my last game as China. It seems the bug is triggered when China conquers Turfan. The bug appears to be a weird commerce and production bug which gives wild results of hundreds of thousands of hammers and gold.

Confirming that the Mexican third UHV condition doesn't trigger eventhough Mexico City is the largest city in the World. Do you want a save or is this information enough?

Which revision are you on?

No, I've fixed it, stupid mistake.

I have tried installing the DoC soundtrack on top of 1.11, I get like a hundrede or so error messages.

If I remove the "modules folder", it runs, but without the extra soundtrack

This is probably a newbie question, but what am I doing wrong? / how do I get it to work?

Where did you unpack the RAR?

Now I'm playing a Germany game. At the year 1940 China has collapsed like it usually does around 1850s and the Ottomans have gone too. Two bugs to report :

1) The name for Colombian civ on vassalization to the Americans is not showing, just showing "TXT_CIV ..." something.

2) Poland respawned at 1936 with a full armed stacks. I'm not sure if that's a bug or scripted event. I had conquered poland in 1790s .

Civilizations can respawn when the civ that controls their core is sufficiently unstable, and will receive armies to defend themselves. So it's not scripted, but the result of a dynamic mechanic.

I'll look at Colombia's dynamic names.

I have unpacked the DoC soundtrack in the asset folder of the DoC mod, ie. the modules folder is a subfolder of C:\Program Files (x86)\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\RFC Dawn of Civilization\Assets and the soundtrack folder is a subfolder of C:\Program Files (x86)\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\RFC Dawn of Civilization\Assets\Sounds

It sounds like you did the right thing ... the Assets folder has to be unpacked into the mod folder, not the original Assets folder.
