Bug reports and technical issues

I don't know if it has already been mentioned somewhere...but it happens to me that the AI asks me a slave for some sum > than 50 gold. If I immediately recontact them i can re-buy that same slave at 50!
Easy gold XD
That shouldn't happen, let's see what I can do against it.

I've also seen the AI selling slaves for 25 gold and buying them for 50.

Next commit will have the AI decline to sell slaves if it has just bought some.

Well Italy's spawn is conditional so that's not terribly surprising, but do you have a save that demonstrated the Byzantine flip thing? From before the flip triggers?

uhm no I saw it in the replay :( I was auto playing a turkish start because I wanted to see the new italian leader but I wasn't lucky enough XD

Could it be so that if Italy doesn't spawn in the first date it spawns in any case in 1861?

I thought it did ... kind of like India's post-trading company respawn.

I have noticed that sometimes Catholicism spreads to the Americas before anybody has has contact with the Aztecs, Incas and Mayas. Resulting the AP resident contacting the natives via AP and thus losing the conquerors.

Italy can still "respawn" if the civs that are occupying its territory are unstable, even though they have never spawned before. I think it becomes possible for them at some point in the 19th century, so it'll be around 1861 but not exactly on that date.

Oh, that's a good observation. I have already wondered how the natives manage to escape the conquerors so often lately. I guess I'll have to take a closer look at the spread algorithm.

The second Mongolian UHV condition (raze 7 cities) doesn't seem to work (it just stays 0/7).

Wait for new VD for 1.10 ...

On another note, I'm pretty sure goody huts are not appearing in the 600 AD Scenario. Believe the game doesn't count a turn 3 in it - game counts starting from the 3000 BC equivalent to 600 AD, despite what the top bar may say.

Well that's certainly not a good sign either. Seems there's a crash hidden in the slave purchase AI, thanks for the save.

Hi, are slaves supposed to work for everybody or for certain civs only (i.e. euros). When i played the moors, the slave doesnt do anything.

You can't use them in Europe (and I think I've added the Maghreb there too). Have you tried it in a colony?

So that means that the Asian civilizations could settle them?
