There is no Buddhist Holy City in this savegame. I didn't see the 'Buddhism has been founded!' message either.
(Varanasi has a Hindu Temple, by the way)

Did you change something in Consts.py before updating? Anyway, deleting said file and updating again should solve the problem.
 
Whoop whoop, now it works. I don't recall changing something (other than Spain's colour for more contrast to HRE), but I seem to have a gift for getting odd errors :twitch:

I don't know if it's been noticed and/or mentioned but there is a minor bug in the Italian UHV victory conditions.
Italy UHV no. 2 : 3 cities with 'Influential' culture status, counter suggests 5 cities.
The UHV does trigger at 3 cities though.

And 'citizens' don't profit from the 'city states' civic, the

icon is there but it doesn't really give food.. only real specialists like scientists etc. do that.
Have only tried this with Italy so far

I go into the Madrid city screen because I accidentally select a Byzantine Embassy and see this:

When I hover over the Maya looking one, it says Byzantine, I know that is left over from adding new civs. However, when I hover over the Persia one it says Persia. It is a 600 AD start. I am in contact with France, HRE, Respawned Egypt, Byzantium, and Arabia

Oh, that's probably the consequence of my later change to allow the effect only for specialists you actually have slots for (to make unlimited specialist effects like Egalitarianism not too powerful). Apparently citizens always count as being under the unlimited specialist effect - but they still should get the food imo. I'll take care of that.

Blame sloppy building art. It's been that way for a while now.

@everyone: please don't report this anymore. I'm aware of it, but won't bother to fix it until the new civs are in.
 
This pops up from time to time. It doesn't cause problems in the game, it's just rather annoying...
Edit: now I get it at the beginning of almost every turn...really annoying.

Here you go. I'm sure it will pop up 1 or 2 turns from that point onwards.
Have to say, I like to WB around a bit, so don't be surprised about the position changes of ressources or the manual re-spawn of Arabia ;)

Okay...so, I was playing as Persia, and I had already crushed the Seljuks.
When the Mongols came, I was able to deflect their invasion parties.
A couple turns later, all of a sudden, it said:
"The Mongols have invaded Seljuk territory!"
I was like, "Huh? I already wiped out the Seljuks!"
I moused over and found that the Mongols dropped a garrison on top of Artacoana
and expelled my garrison. WTH.
I'm WB'ing it back under my control thank you very much but please take a look at these saves.

I did not see Vienna there but sure there's some exotic cities I never seen before like Dresden and Klagenfurt

Lastly,
I got CTD while trying to open WB seeing the worlds. I failed to get a screenshot, though. It said something like bad memory allocation exiting etc..

Were the Seljuks completely eliminated?
