Bug reports and technical issues

Then you were probably experiencing a Python exception in any case (see the OP to find out how to display their error reports).

The current system isn't really designed with cheat switching in mind, but it should be robust to it. In fact, I want to change how the logging works in any case.

In one of my games Moors declared indepedence, while I was solid.

I've had civs declare independence while I was solid, but had a fairly large (-20 or more) expansion stability malus. I chalked it up to working as intended.

Now, I've also had civs declare independence while I was in a golden age. If golden ages disable stability checks (they do do that, right?), why can civs declare independence?

Civs declaring independence is not only a consequence of instability.

However, you are immune to independence effects if you are stable or higher. The only exception to this is what I would call the "critical mass" rule. It basically means that if enough cities are eligible to return to the returning civilization (for instance from independents, or other less stable civs) than they will also receive cities from civs that would usually be immune.

This is mainly to avoid fragmented respawns that are bound to fail.

So I lost my African colony of Morocco due to this 2pop city of Arguin? Ok, understood, next time I will be ruthless (and destroy it).

City overflow bug hit again at Marakus :(

Saves or it didn't happen.

Starting up ancient-era games with Egypt and Greece with Marathon/Emperor settings in the SVN more often than not produces this error

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "BugEventManager", line 400, in _handleDefaultEvent
File "CvRFCEventHandler", line 652, in onBeginGameTurn
File "Stability", line 60, in checkTurn
File "Stability", line 1225, in calculateStability
ZeroDivisionError: integer division or modulo by zero

Is Marathon/Epic speed supported in the SVN?

Never happened to me in my couple years of playing.

I don't know what the consensus is, but I still thing it has to do with a game mechanic vs computer specification irregularity.

Different game speeds are still supported, the bug is unrelated to this. A fix will come with the next commit.

To be honest, AFAIK I've never had the overflow problem, while you seem to be plagued by it. Very odd.

I've never had it either. (To be honest, I don't play that often, and when I do, it's nearly always on Viceroy.)

This it happened on monarch. I thought that it may be my computer, what system do you have? XP? windows7?, moreover what graphics card do you have?

Sorry, Leoreth, but how can I manage my problem with Interior Advisor? Shall I play without stability system? :( I don't understand what OP stands for.

I'm getting a regular crash around 900-920 with the two most recent svns. I'm not in a position to upload a save but I can be later, would it be helpful?

Yes, and more details would be nice as well (what civ, which scenario, difficulty, speed, etc.)
