When trying to install the CPP (with EUI), I get an error saying

"Could not extract file!
OverlayAntiquities_MiniMapOverlayHook.lua"

Is this a known bug or have I messed up somehow? I have followed the instruction pdf to the letter :/

Edit: Also, when ignoring that error and another one that came up and starting the game, I get this message instead of building information for close to 1/2 of my buildings:

Assets\Dlc\UI_bc1\Core\EUI_tooltips.lua:90
8: attempt to call method
'GetBuildingInvestment' (a nil value)
 
I'm unable to improve any of the additional resources added by the mod pack. I'm sure I have the techs required, the improve button isn't even grayed out, there's simply no button there to click. Using the 12/18 release, CPP Full+EUI installer, cache completely cleared and mod folder emptied before installing the mod pack or running Civ 5 and starting a new game, no other mods aside from what comes with the installer installed.

Mind providing a savegame?

Dunno about the installation issue - I'd just reinstall the mod manually. You'd need to download all the mod folders from the manual installation link, place them in My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization V\MODS and delete both LUA folders from the Community Patch and the Community Balance Patch folders. Don't forget to clear cache!

The second issue sounds like your EUI folder ended up in a wrong place. Make sure it is where your Steam is actually installed: Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\assets\DLC . Notice how the two paths are different - that's how it should be. Might as well clear moduserdata along with cache after you've planted the EUI (UI_bc1) folder there for the good measure.

Bug with 18/12/15 Version (latest version). Playing as Iroquois. None of my units have woodsman, including the Mohawk Warrior. This is prior to hotfix btw.

EDIT: fixed with hotfix. Not retroactively unfortunately!
 
Still seeing ranged units fire over mountains:

1) fast movements on railroads seem not to work
2) when trying to move unit the proposed path is not correct and not optimised (also on simple roads, though dont remember at what stage of the game this started), i.e. goes through random cells (not along the roads) and range indication is also wrong

Should the lancers upgrade to cavalry? If yes, then its not working...
 
Forgot one more thing: often when chosing a new unit near a city the game highlights the city and freezes for several seconds.

1) Were your units just as fast on roads as on railroads? Did it get better over time (e.g. with tech unlocks)?
2) This has been fixed in the 12/18 hotfix - check out that thread.
What do you mean by 'highlights the city'? Do you use any UI mods (or any mods besides CPP)?
 
Sooooo, with the latest patch i encountered a pretty damn annoying bug, in addition to my previous bugs that i was too lazy to report. But, the fact that that new bug made game unplayable forced me to ask for help here.
But.

Source: I am absolutely positive it is CBP isuue, as i have no other mods installed currently. I am using the latest (12/18) version of the patch.
In fact, I made a completely clean isntall of Civ5BNW (i uninstalled the game, and deleted everything in "\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5" folder (including the folder itself)) and after i installed (and started up once) the Civ5 and CBP, i went back to the newly created folder (in Documents\My Games) and deleted the cache once again (just to be sure).
Still, the bug persisted. T_T

Anyways, so what exactly was (and still is) the bug.

The bug that renders game unplayable (not literaly, but still) shows up as a blank Civilization Leader Interaction screen devoid of any text whatsoever. I literaly can not interact with any other civilization in the modded game.

Another bug (the one i was lazy to report), is that tooltip for happines in the city screen does not work for me >_< It's like the "happines" line isn't there. Tooltip shows either tourism (which is above happines line) or Culture (which is below). Obviously it's not gamebreaking, but an annoyance nevertheless. This bug persisted from the previous version (iirc it showed as v63 at the mod's selection screen in the game).

I have "logging" enables so i can send info from any of logs.
I doubt "savegame" can help, but if it indeed can, i will gladly provide it.
I skimmed through recent reports (a couple of pages), and the ones i am experiencig seems to be unique for me. *sigh*

With the 12/18 version (without the hotfix) I found that if I attack a unit with a bomber, but the unit is outside of the range of the bomber, the bomber actually *moves* to the tile I'm attacking. Then, if I choose, I can click on another city and the bomber moves to that city.

Is that an intentional alternate method of rebase? (Reminds me of Alpha Centauri's air unit mechanics!)

nvm, i found it

So, apparently, since my steam folder is not on my OS drive, and since default path for EUI-CPP is set on most common path for steam (which is C:\Program files... e.t.c) the EUI-CPP setup wasn't correctly installed in proper folder.
Fixing it also fixed the upmentioned bugs (both of them). I was confused because despite incorrect EUI-CPP instalation i still had most of the EUI working. Which, i persume, is because i used to have EUI (not CPP compaitable one) properly installed, and it seems default Steam CIV5 uninstalation tool did not deleted it (which, in turn, lead to whole mess. Gah).
Anyway, thank you for the help.
 
V12.18: City Banner bug:

Every turn, the first time you mouse over a city banner (or maybe even any other map object, not sure), there is a noticeable delay with the tooltip... not game breaking, but extremely annoying. Pretty sure it's EUI related.

EDIT: narrowed it down to when the mouse hovers over the religion icon, or when over the banner and the religion tooltip is called. The delay is around 1 second, which for every turn is a little annoying. Please fix whenever possible.

Installed hotfix (Many thanks!) and shall see if it's fixed :)

I mean cells of different colors within city limits like when you move the cursor on the city. Maybe the unit selection conflicts with the city selection by EUI?
I use only files supplied with the patch (the full version with EUI). No other modes.
