On the latest version, the AI does not settle any cities (and I mean no AI). Tested with no mods but CP and IGE.
Same here (using a home-made scenario).

I seem to be consistently crashing to desktop when using the game's "restart game" option that's available turn 1. Not the modded restart I've seen mentioned here a couple times, but the standard option. I know there's a known and unsolvable issue with modded civ V crashing when loading saves from in-game, but I'm fairly sure the restart option used to work.

All of them, 100% of the time. Deleting the entire civ V folder from My Documents and re-installing the mods from scratch seems to have fixed it though, so I guess it was on my end. I DID clear my cache and mod user data before posting, but I guess that wasn't enough.Which map type?

We have to wait until eui 2-16 is out (cant check eui cbp compatibility file (2-15)?
Sorry, When I am selecting which mods to enable I cant check the eui cbp compatibility (2-15). I installed eui for cbp (2-10) in dlc folder. I did delete my moduserdata folder, and deleted all the old mod versions files and unpacked all the new files. Any ideas?
Two issues I found while trying out the changed Quinquereme:
- Discovering a natural wonder still didn't seem to yield any exp.
- Setting a Quinquereme to auto-explore caused it to move only two tiles each turn.
EDIT: I just tried the same set of mods with the CPP version from 2/6 and had no crashes for 25 turns or so. I never made it that far with the 2/15 or 2/16 version so I'm guessing the cause is a change in CPP.
Ilteroi made quite a few adjustments to the DLL that I, admittedly, did not test extensively. They may be the root of the problem (and this isn't a slight to you, Ilteroi!). If you can, next time it crashes post the dump file here and I'll give it a look. Also, list of mods? Can you cause the crash on the scenario map with just the CP+CBP+CSD+C4DF?

Btw i was playing on a home made scenario map with fixed starting locations (settler movemt at turn off turned off) when it occurred. It happened somewhere between turn 5-10 in my test which was during the period when the AI settled their second city (I had given them an extra settler). Maybe some of the new settler ai tweaks could be the cause?
