I applied your patch and tried to continue the game and it still crashes. Do I need to start a new game for the patch to be effective?

with the files from message 1060 and 1063, I cannot start a new game. Let me reinstall and try again
Got two times crashes during the city state phase. Using this Mod and Whowards DLL 22 civs(V52). (edit: installed fix from #1060, cleard caches, but still got the crash)
I think i have another problem with understanding happines. Council of the elders doesn´t give any, neither does one of the first social policies in prehistoric(not the nomadic one). Is this a bug or because of the small city size (1, max 2)?
What era were you in?
Could you send me you save. I want to test something before I post wrong.
classical era. Save attached.

This may be as designed, but I am getting a city production burst on new cities. When I had a settler make a city on turn A, it was producing a caveman on turn A+1 and another on A+2. Then it entered normal production with 3 production, caveman requiring 21 production, taking 7 turns. Then the same thing happened again on the next city.
another crash. was using a clean install, then added the files from message 1060 and 1063 as requested. Turn 133. (no extra mods)
I cannot load your save. When I try, I get a configuring game data popup, then a crash. This usually means there is some difference between your build and mine. I re-installed the version I have posted just in case there were changes in the current build I was using, but still same.
I don't know if there was some issue with your install, or if there was anything else you had changed, but I'll continue to look on my side to see if I find anything.
