C2C SVN Changelog

WARNING - my last change has broken something that I didn't pick up in testing. Saves from the latest SVN probably will NOT load correctly. I'm working on it. Recommend NOT updating until later today.

Is that the problem I'm getting with stack overloads in setCommerceDirty? Or is that another problem that I'm facing of my own design?

What are you talking about you CAN'T even see anything in it??

It works for me - pretty cool visualization in fact.

UPDATE ON TRE WARNING EARLIER - false alarm. My machine had crashed so I was reloading the last autosave, but I guess it must have crashed while writing it so it really was corrupt (for non-C2C reasons). All other autosaves are fine, and all the load/save testing I have done since I found this has also been fine.

Ok... just helps to know. The stack list is not being very helpful at assisting me in determining where the problem is originating but I've got a pretty good idea as to what would be causing it so I'll find it soon. ;)

I wonder why i cant read anything on it, i even changed the quality to 480 and still cant see any of what it says??

Anyways :whew: on the false alarm:eek:

If, ya know, someone feels like it could they please update the SVN with the attached map. It's a standard sized donut map but custom edited for matching "sections" of terrain/resources for different regions of the world. Only six civs so it plays/loads quickly for newbies...

Don't you have SVN access yet RtS?

@Koshling & SO: RidetheSpiral is helping me a lot with a number of things, much like SilentConfusion. I'd like to request we give them both modders access to the SVN since they are helping us with some much needed analytics and grunt work. RtS is helping me on the Developing Leaders and Dynamic Culture side of things while SC is helping with the Combat Mod and I know they both stand ready to take requests of the rest of us as well. Both have already been enormously helpful!

Updates

- More German translations by Pin.
- Unit naming fix for Sea Workers
- More art for Captives missions and buildings (mostly Human Sacrifice which is not in this release).

I would rather wait till after 2 weeks of stuff they have actually done, sorry. I just dont want anything going into the SVN to mess things up to much is all. So after you think they have done a 2 week (more or less) tutorial of stuff to be in C2C itself, let me know again THEN, OK, sorry.

Yes -.- have seen it this morning (half an hour before) that it got updated -.- I am so much blushing -.- all my fault. Am working to fix it. Fast fix would be - not updating language from me at the moment, or shall I send someone the fixed files ?

I agree with this. I'd rather not have the keys to upload until people are more comfortable with my work.

Fixed Files for the XML Errors when loading, please update this in SVN (tried, worked) or rollback to the previous versions of this five files, so that its working again
*really so sorry for this*

As I suggested, and DH agreed (unless you object??) I am going o change the DLL anyway today, so hat anything with a civic prereq implicitly gets the need for the required civic to be active, and remove the <bRequiresActiveCivics> from being interpreted (and mark it in the schema in a comment as obsolete for now - down the road we can actually remove it if we can be bothered from all the schema and building files).

Are you OK with this, or do you need the extra flexibility the separate tag gives?

I'm cool with that. I've done a decent chunk of work on the maps in the past but that's a little different than other modding. I'm getting somewhere with the new archetypes for leaders so you guys can talk a look at my work. Once I get access I'd like to clean up some of the map files so they don't CTD when civics are changed by modders. Also would like to get quite a few more scenarios in there.

Once the new era start picker gets working I can make some scenarios in different eras too.
