Speaking of Neanderthal buildings (I'm assuming you mean the ones for the option to have them build cities). There is no art for them apparent, so their cities show up as the city name bar (which is empty) and population number circle (which is just solid wite). It also seems to cause a CTD when you load a game with someone in visible range of one of those. (ver 9188)

Thanks for the report. This has been reported and noted in the Bug and Crash v36 SVN thread.

If you did not know, this thread is for the Modders to place SVN updates in and give each other notices.

I thought toffer had fixed this last week... maybe something got accidentally reverted? Toffer... maybe you can take a look at the art settings again? This could explain the crash that's currently erm... irritating me... too.
 
I fixed something unrelated to what vivictius described. I've been un-successful in fixing the missing city art; why Insectoids Neanderthals and all the animal team have a completely bugged city is beyond me, I've never set up new civilizations before, so I don't know if there is some special rules to it that I'm just not seeing.

Continue discussion in the bug thread but I'm glad this is coming under attention because while I'm as confused as you are at the moment, I think solving this may be a deeper solution to other fundamental problems taking place.

-Tweaked spawn infos some and introduced TB's new spawning modifiers.
-Made three small changes to Harriers last commit regarding buildings for Neanderthals. ("Tree Platforms" are mostly a waste of resources for Neanderthals as they don't gain anything from espionage.)

-Added new formation FORMATION_TYPE_NO_SIEGE (only assigned it to a few units).
It does not have the siege tower attachment when sieging a city.

-Moved barbarians to the end of CivilizationInfo.xml (a shot in the dark on some issues we have)

Added my additional changes to 'regularbuildingsinfo' for Neanderthals (pre-historic era). [if they are still needed] - in case I forget.

Awaiting TBs update on NPCs, before doing any other work on other files (herds/farms etc.) for this specific project.

I'm sure you can keep rollin' here. I'll figure out the issues there somehow.

Added the latest set of buildings for Neanderthals in the Prehistoric era.

Updated regular, zanimals and megafawn - mammoth and zebra.

Still need to update the megafawn units.
 
@Toffer90 Hey! Could you please do something about Perfectmongoose to create more resource abundant oceans? Right now oceans are preety barren compared to land.

For Neanderthals added:

Natural Wonders.
A few building changes (last few).
Enabled more units. (Shepard and Wisewoman - unit healing), Axe, Mace (city attack/defend), Spear (not a throwing unit - defends against mounted), Obsidian Sword.

audio files:

trying to get these files back to when BtS was introduced, then adding C2C stuff to the BOTTOM of these files from now on . . .

this way it easier to work with files from other mods for instance. . .
