Somebody mucked up the SVN. Having to do Cleanup and Break write Locks right now and it is taking forever to clean up!

EDIT: It finally cleaned up and 11166 update finished properly.

I updated SVN without any problems, so it was on your side.
Sometimes repository can glitch like that, especially if you go back to earlier version in meantime.
Also it can happen if file was added/moved.

Never went back to earlier version. Only time I ever get clean up and then have to check the Clean Write Lock option check box is when someone did an illegal or incomplete operation on the SVN.

It's corrected now.

I guess it was random glitch then. Software can do that for no reason lol.
Also appveyor does all stuff after you push something to Release branch on Github.
After it finishes changelog can be copied from its log.
