Here are 2 that I have found:

1. Allied Battlecruiser - no resource requirements, should require iron + coal
2. Minor Allies can't build basic fighter plane, I gave them their own fighter,
the Brewster Buffalo, but forgot to select a civ in the "available to" list.

Well not to be pushy here but where are we with the game? Its been 10 days since I passed the save on. I think we need to make a committment to playing this game. 10 days + in between turns is not acceptable. Sorry don't want to ruffle feathers but this is not cutting it. If one can't get a save turned around in a couple of days then maybe a replacement is in order.

In version 2.04 the Minor Axis will not be able to build the P.108
bomber if the research Heavy Bombers because I messed up
and checked off Japan instead of the Minor Axis.

Cubsfan:
Try zipping the save file. HOF save files are over 800K; it is possible
that Quarky's email service will reject files with attachments above
a certain size.
