You'll do fine! If you have any extra questions you should of course pm Eq (the mod of this particular NES), but I would also be willing to answer any questions you have. It's pretty intuitive and fun once you get a hang of things.

2. I think you should just watch for a bit, and see what nation looms like one you would want to play. Almost all democratic nations in the Americas would work, though, as you would start as allies to some strong players.

Anyway, there is a history/background thread somewhere. I fully endorse its usefulness: read that, pick a nation, and then read the last few updates focusing on that nation first.

I of course support the arrival of any new players, but as always, the arrival cannot be confirmed until they send in their first set of orders.

As for the update, I tried working on it the past couple of days, but have been besieged by other things needed to be done, as well as people insisting on me voting one way or another (or not at all). Still, I've resumed full force, and I can confidently state we'll have it up tonight or tomorrow morning.

Also it should be noted that Paraguay has a series of underground tunnels which it has been spending its money upon leading into key locations through Brazil, Peru, and Argentina. This is related to Code 5, which is a secret program designed to simultaneously overthrow all American governments and replace them with identical robots under the control of Rex'Xar, Warlord of the X'jnal race, come to end human life through an insidious plot.


Anyways, I may have become a bit sidetracked as I have received an e-mail that will require me to dedicate my attentions elsewhere for a little bit. More information on this as soon as I'm legally able to share. Fear not, for this entanglement only has to do with access to an electronic medium of entertainment and an addition related to an existing program to which I have acquired an offer of involvement in identifying errors. As this particular addition has me quite enthusiastic, it will likely divert my brainpower for a while, and I'm already having difficulty updating as I keep refreshing another page in the hopse that the information I need to begin has suddenly appeared.
