Finished most of the Second Great War section, except Air Wars. Will try to finish everything by tomorrow, as promised.

@germanicus: Thanks for telling me why you were unable to send orders. Try to send them next turn (June 1936), if possible.

@Warhead: Germany is taken, but you may take any other nation. I would suggest Britain, Qing China, Mongolia, or the Ottoman Empire.

A. You do not have the required research for heavy battleships. So I'm putting it in the tech required for them. Plus, the navy you had had no success in finding any ships with which to do battle. And since you had left no ships in the Mediterranean last turn and had no specified...

B. Also, your planes cannot bomb Berlin at this point in time, strategic bombers have not yet been developed enough to reach that far of a distance. Plus, the majority of bombers in the world, not just France, are tactical aircraft to bomb armor and infantry, not cities.
