Half the point of the Preview thread is to receive FEEDBACK, and only a few has come up so far, mostly from Adabbon and Larles Chi. If you have none, just say the ruleset is fine as it is.

Remaining unit descriptions to be added, as well as the UU section.

Oh you live in the south? They were hit bad with snow last night. Those wimps only got 2 feet of snow and they close the schools the West gets 7 feet and still we have to trudge to school.

Is against upkeep for infra and edu..

@Abaddon: Why are you against upkeep? I understand your minimalistic agenda, but upkeep helps keep the NES at a semi-realistic level.

But who isn't going to pay upkeep? You may as well jus cut everyone's economy..

Especially with so many different calculations for how much it grows etc

I'm perfectly fine with upkeep stats, they help keep unrealistic buildups in line with out the need for too much godmodding.

Depends on how upkeep is done. I like the single upkeep stat in EQ's NES.

But I do feel that upkeep is a decent NES tool, just afraid people can go overboard with it.
