She would, but it's too hard to find buyers. They aren't cheap. Materials and some reasonable cost for the work is like $600-700 each.
Just a regular sewing machine. The actual final assembly front to back you send the pieces out for.

Yes, the final assembly uses long arm quilting machines to stitch the front, back and filler into a single item. If you look at the quilting pattern (not the quilt design) you can see from the complexity that it was done on a computer driven quilter.
