Mariah Carey's quote
Mariah Carey was one of the first celebrities to comment on the death of the King of Jordan. Mariah told CNN "I'm inconsolable at the present time, I was a very good friend of Jordan, he was probably the greatest basketball player this country has ever seen, we will never see his like again".

When told by reporters that it was King Hussein of Jordan who had died and not Michael Jordan, Mariah was then led away by her security in a state of "confusion".

Spice Girl: "Ooh, an Internet! I want one of those!"

 My goodness, celebrities are NOT in touch with the real world...I mean, I knew that, but I didn't know it was THAT bad!:crazyeye:

Yeah, and wasn't Britney Spears asked about the war in Afghanistan almost a month into it & she had no idea about it or who bin Laden was?

Famous people are great for funny quotes:lol: Like when Shaq said he was the "Big Aristotle".

People like that should never be allowed to vote...

I'd like to see a video of that.

@TC: That's only true in local elections. That number changes based on what kind of election it is. For example, the presidential election gets about 50%:ack:

And just think, some young kids idolize these people. :ack:

I don't see anything wrong with that. Mariah Carey has a good voice :)

I don't believe those reports anyways...

I don't have an ounce of trust in those quotes, they were probably made up in some manner.

Making fun of Celebraties just is stupid. You guys have been watching too much TV . . .

I seen on MTV's show newlyweds, that Jessica Simpson had a can of tuna, which was labeled chicken of the sea, and asked if it was chicken or tuna.

Wow, I made a run-on sentence.

I also heard about this. She's definitively not the shiniest penny in the pond...

Well, one doesn't exactly need a PhD to cavort in skimpy clothes before a camera and appear as to be permanently advertising teeth whiteners;)
