Economy: Pretty simple. Your economy is the driving force of your nation. With it you can do what you wish. It is equal to the number of Provinces you control, in addtion to your Stability multiplied by your Tech Level. You can also upgrade a province at a cost of 5EP. It will then produce an extra EP each turn as well as give greater defences to your Armies.
Upkeep: To stop people building tons of Armies, there is an upkeep to their cost. Each Army cost 3EP to maintain.
Tech Level: Simply the more money you pour into this, it knocks onto other stats. Your economy will grow, your troops will be stronger, Projects will complete faster etc etc. Level 1 costs 25 to complete, level 2 will be 50 and so on.
Stability: Every time you gain control of all provinces within a thick bordered area, your stability rises by 2. Every time you lose a province you lose 1 stability, with a further loss when complete removal from that area.
ALL stats can be raised via clever Projects and stories. Stories and Projects will be the driving force
This game will run with everyone taking turns, not single updates. This to avoid a ridiculous number of unit movements that I would have to coordinate.. Turn order will be randomised at the beginnning.
Expansion: You can expand each turn, claiming three new provinces. You can also capture and attack places with your armies.
To raise an Army costs 1EP, maintaining it cost 3EP. Each army can attack and claim 1 province each turn.
Win Conditions:
Conquest (Just you left)
Coalition Victory (Just you and up to two allies)
Alien Victory (No Humans left) [Not really a victory, but one of sorts]
Human Victory (No Aliens Left) [Not really a victory, but one of sorts]
Coalition Victory (One Human, One Alien race left)
