Well, now that I have a choice, I would love a free Scientist per Heavenly Court but I think something like a free Engineer or Merchant would be more balanced. hoplitejoe, do you really think the 1 free Scientist is overpowered?

Trust me, 1 extra scientist per city would be bad enough mid game but it comes so early and cheaply it is silly. (not as bad as my UB though )

You know what would be cool? If we had UP like in Rhye's. Would require some modding, but wouldn't it be fun?

Well, that would require python modding. I have know idea how to do that, and I don't know anyone who does.

As for the Heavenly Court issue, I could always make it come later/cost more.

I am not sure if it could be justified till the modern era. That is true of any free specialist (remember you get GPP from them as well)

Also, I doubt that switching the specialist would help much (unless its a prophet).

We could indeed pick up an additional modder; you just have to convey interest to
SouthernKing and Yoshi considering this mod is kind of their shared brainchild.

That and if you're willing to juggle both this and SYNTHESIS.

If you could do UPs that would be great! the only problem is it would need even balancing.

Well, just use real RFC as an example. Like how I use real Civ4 as an example on overpowerness.

So is that the latest version of the mod? Since I'm only doing the bases for Civ's, I can use that version to replace the one I have right now so you don't have to merge all the UU's and UB's again.
