CFC Minecraft Server -- World 6

I really think claiming chunks should not claim chests, doors, etc. placed by other players. That's kind of an exploit if you do own a district and you're in the wilderness gathering resources. Anything you put in a chest isn't safe even if you lock it. I have chests (and doors) in a cave system that Maxa and I were working on, and now I can't even access my chests.

There is no way around this.

Oi! Over half the server's ram was being used for cache. I've altered the setting so we should see improved performance.

Is anyone else experiencing unbreakable block glitches or glitches when trying to eat? I found something about being unable to break blocks near spawn - it seems you won't notice it if you're an op/admin. Anyway, I can't break blocks (it does degrade my tools, though), place torches, or eat. The animation is there, but nothing happens. (i.e., if I place a torch, I'll see the area briefly light up, then darken and the torch will vanish)

The permission plugin I'm using updated to a new config and the automatic conversion failed. server will be down tonight until I can get time to convert it tomorrow

I don't know for sure. If the chunk unloads from memory it wont grow.

Added a chop tree plugin. Chp the bottom log and the whole tree falls.

Also. Experimental research plugin should be ready tomorrow. Maybe tonight. I haven't decided if I should have it on a separate world or have it be op in on the main world.

I'm going to turn on Research for everyone in a couple of days. My hope is to get a custom item in for tech trading. Feedback from you guys will be awesome in regards to bugs, balance, etc.

If you wish to jump into research testing early, head to spawn at the top floor. There are two buttons which will automatically issue commands for you to get into the research group.
